Summary

Provides administrative support for our menu management system. This is full-time, 40 hours per week. This job would involve data review, auditing, communicating to various staff when errors are located.  Primary responsibilities include reviewing flow of information from multiple systems and finding and correcting errors.

Administrative Assistant start at $19.00 an hour.

Schedule will be weekdays, 9:00AM - 5:30PM.  This position is full-time in the office.
 

Responsibilities*

  • Provide support for Michigan Dining in a multi-unit environment
  • Supports work in multiple applications that share data
  • Completes daily and weekly audits, investigates and addresses errors
  • Accurately read and audit Recipes, Menus, Event Sheets
  • Communicate with application manager any questions on system generated contracts and reports
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
     

Required Qualifications*

  • High School Diploma
  • Able to pass a background check
     

Additional Information

This role may have reporting obligations under Title IX and Clery.

Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment and applicants for this position will not be sponsored for work visas.

Relocation will not be offered for this position.

Selected candidates whose start date is 4/1/2024 or after, will not be eligible for the university FY24-25 salary/merit plan unless otherwise notified.
